CONTACT Cape-Atlantic provides telephone reassurance and community support for older adults, people with disabilities and those who are lonely, living alone, or feeling isolated from their community.
The Telephone Reassurance Program provides FREE daily calls to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone. We offer a friendly hello and check-in to make sure all is well. Reassurance calls help relieve feelings of isolation and provide a caring voice. Volunteer callers also check that the individual is doing well. Our calls allow people to remain independent in their homes.
The Reassurance Coordinator will contact you when we receive your application. All application information and calls are confidential.
